Who is Van Eeden Evenementen?
Van Eeden Evenementen is the agency for internal events and relationship marketing. At the core of both these events is the strengthening of a relationship. Whether this is with employees, clients or other stakeholders, a good relationship with the target groups leads to good business results. That is why you could call us ‘relationship contractors’ as we build up relationships at your staff event, sports day, long weekend, anniversary or opening.
Our vision
The building of a relationship with your employees is vital as they are the heart of the product or service. If the company’s core values do not align with your employees’ experience, how are they to convince your customers? Through internal branding, employees can gain an understanding of the core essence of the organization and/or brand and from then on, can work to achieve the same goal.
And when they have the right essence, it is also important to create a bond with your relations using it. The former is undeniably related to the latter and as these two forces amplify each other, we combine internal events with relationship marketing.
Why with us?
In 1990 Van Eeden Evenementen started organizing staff events, and we still do with much pleasure. But the industry has developed into a fast-changing market where there is seldom a ‘party just to party’ anymore. This is now an industry where high standards are set in terms of safety, hygiene, environment, CSR and communication.
Van Eeden Evenementen has grown with the market and can honestly say that it offers an excellent service in smooth organization and in-depth knowledge of the industry. On top of that, due to our large (international) network we can always offer the right elements in a concept. We are proud of the 19 years of experience that we bring and we are glad to share it with you.

A multi-disciplinary team
We have not remained passive throughout these 19 years, we actively follow the latest developments in our and related industries. This is done through the International Dutch Event management Association (IDEA) where more than 60 leading agencies are members and where regular workshops with specialists keep us up to date with the latest developments in their area.
Our team consists of young, energetic event managers with diverse backgrounds such as degrees in Hotel Management College and in Media and Entertainment. That is how we combine heritage/experience with knowledge of actualities and that is why we are the event management agency for you.
